Phase Covariant Channel: Quantum Speed Limit of Evolution

چکیده
The quantum speed of evolution for the phase covariant map is investigated. This involves absorption, emission and dephasing processes. We consider maps under various combinations above processes to investigate effect on limit time. For absorption-free maps, dissipative CP-(in)divisible (non)-Markovian noises are considered. role coherence-mixedness balance time checked in presence both vacuum finite temperature effects. also rate at which Holevo's information changes action specific cases map.

Phase-covariant quantum benchmarks
We give a quantum benchmark for teleportation and quantum storage experiments suited for pure and mixed test states. The benchmark is based on the average fidelity over a family of phase-covariant states and certifies that an experiment cannot be emulated by a classical setup, i.e., by a measure-and-prepare scheme. We give an analytical solution for qubits, which shows important differences wit...
متن کاملCovariant Hamiltonian evolution in supersymmetric quantum systems
We develop a general formalism for covariant Hamiltonian evolution of supersymmetric (field) theories by making use of the fact that these can be represented on the exterior bundle over their bosonic configuration space as generalized Dirac-Kähler systems of the form (d±d†) |ψ〉 = 0. By using suitable deformations of the supersymmetry generators we find covariant Hamiltonians for target spaces w...
متن کاملQuantum speed limit and a signal of quantum criticality
We study the quantum speed limit time (QSLT) of a coupled system consisting of a central spin and its surrounding environment, and the environment is described by a general XY spin-chain model. For initial pure state, we find that the local anomalous enhancement of the QSLT occurs near the critical point. In addition, we investigate the QSLT for arbitrary time-evolution state in the whole dynam...
متن کاملQuantum speed limit for arbitrary initial states
The minimal time a system needs to evolve from an initial state to its one orthogonal state is defined as the quantum speed limit time, which can be used to characterize the maximal speed of evolution of a quantum system. This is a fundamental question of quantum physics. We investigate the generic bound on the minimal evolution time of the open dynamical quantum system. This quantum speed limi...
متن کاملQuantum Limit on Computational Time and Speed
We investigate if physical laws can impose limit on computational time and speed of a quantum computer built from elementary particles. We show that the product of the speed and the running time of a quantum computer is limited by the type of fundamental interactions present inside the system. This will help us to decide as to what type of interaction should be allowed in building quantum compu...
